After leaving school in Warkworth where he played rugby, Chris went on to become a baker (something he realised quite quickly wasn’t for him!) So, saying goodbye to the cakes and pies, he went off to study at Massey University in Albany.

With an aptitude for finding solutions to complex problems and always wanting to ensure things are done correctly and accurately, Chris found his way to accountancy and worked as a company accountant for a business. This proved to be an invaluable insight into how the business world works and where clients are coming from, rather than just focusing on the numbers.

When he’s not working, Chris regularly attends networking events and enjoys cooking, watching films and playing poker and card games, preferably with a glass of Canadian Club in one hand.
